A 52 year old Kentucky man was arrested last Thursday for the possession of marijuana, after trying to report his dealer for fraud, due to the "absolutely mediocre" quality of the drug provided. "He told me it was mids, then gave me a bag full of mexican boot scrapings. I can't smoke this stuff, I'll get a headache. You should be arresting him for running a fraudulent business." he argued while being arrested. The man, from Lexington, was refused a refund from his dealer, whereupon he took it up with the police who in turn charged him for his own crime - despite the "fraudulent" product he had been sold.
